Rates:
o ROV/Multibeam services from shore or vessel of opportunity
(includes operator): Four hour minimum, twelve hour per 24 maximum,
one hour set-up included………………$125/hr (Call for international rates)
o Travel beyond 50 mile radius of New Harbor, Me
……………………………………………………… .$1/mile
o Per diem for trips over 24 hours (excluding days at sea on vessels
of opportunity)
BMSS is fully insured, officers are USCG Licensed.
• Permits are the responsibility of the client and must be presented
to an officer of BMSS prior to any excavation or disturbance of a site or
the collection of any samples that require a permit.
• Owner agrees to hold BMSS harmless and indemnify BMSS for all
claims for damage to personal property or bodily injury for all services
performed under this Agreement.
• No Guarantee of result or Warranty of service is express or
implied under this Agreement.
• Payments for services shall require a 20% deposit prior to service,
with the balance of services due 30 days from presentation of invoice,
and thereafter all overdue balances shall incur interest at the rate of 1%
per month.
